Verifying Airtel SMS Submissions
When a visitor contributes on the website, they copy the merchant code, send payment, and paste their Airtel Money SMS confirmation. The portal automatically lists their submission under the Finance Ops panel.
Step-by-step Triage:
- Select the event filter at the top of the Finance Ops tab to narrow submissions.
- Review the pasted transaction details. Click Verify to approve if verified.
- This optimistically marks it green, flags it, and automatically updates the public Leaderboard Ledger.
- For fake/invalid SMS claims, click Reject. To wipe a clean database row, click Delete.

Managing Public Events & Targets
The **Events** tab allows publishing new collection drives. These automatically render as cards in the Activities showcases.
Form Field Rules:
- Title: Keep it short (e.g., 'Winter Apparel Drive').
- Category: Assigns appropriate theme artwork.
- Milestones: Enter achievements (one per line) to populate details checklist.
- Force Upcoming Artwork: Checking this replaces category vectors with standard calendar-styled art.

Celebrations & Gamification Ring
We track global progress through the visual circle inside the **Milestones** panel. The percentage is calculated using the sum of all contributor records divided by the fundraiser goal.
Best Practices:
- To adjust the circle goal, go to **Site Config** and save a new Fundraiser Target.
- Click **Celebrate Milestone 🎉** to trigger falling confetti across all active website visitors' screens for 30 seconds.
- Create individual milestones below to keep the community updated on specific micro-drives.
